These terms apply to all services and websites operated by CedarStone Commerce LLC ("CedarStone Commerce", "we", "us" or "our"), reachable at sales@cedrstone.com.
1. Overview
We want every client to be satisfied with the work CedarStone Commerce delivers. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
2. Professional Services
Fees for professional services (design, development, consulting, marketing, automation) are billed against work performed under a signed Statement of Work. Because these services represent labor already delivered, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If a milestone has not been delivered, the client may request a pro-rated refund for any unworked portion within fifteen (15) days of cancellation.
3. SaaS Subscriptions
- Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate partial months.
- Annual plans: If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active through the paid period.
- Add-ons and overages: Charges for one-time add-ons, usage overages, and prorated upgrades are non-refundable.
4. Eligibility for Refund Requests
To be eligible, refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@cedrstone.com with the original invoice number and a description of the issue. Requests submitted after the windows described above will be reviewed at our discretion.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Bank processing times may add additional days before the refund appears on your statement.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at sales@cedrstone.com. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of Services.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change.
